An Okay Stay

central location helpful staff safe feeling small room poor drainage limited cleanliness

The location was convenient. It was close to restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. I felt safe in this hotel.

My room was small. The drains was not working well. Cleanliness could have been better in my room.

the central location proved useful! i found getting around very easy. the availability of spices in the kitchen was nice. a hot shower and good heating.

basic but functional stay

great location friendly staff decent heating

the location are REALLY great, right near many places. i thought the staff were friendly and they tried very hard to help me out. it was nice to have a room there with a decent heating system, it worked perfect.

the staircase were angled, narrow and steep, no lifts are available.

the hotel stands in a very central location, placing it near many attractions and public transport links. i noticed several restaurants and cafes within short walking distance, a HUGE plus.

the reception was staffed with people who were always willing to assist with directions and recommendations. Marco, one guy at the reception, helped me with my luggage, this was really helpfull. they offered quick responses to requests.

i did see that the hotel provides a communal kitchen area, spices in kitchen available. guests could prepare basic meals, it included a microwave, a refrigerator, and some basic cooking utensils. no breakfast service was apparent.

my room contained one single bed and a small wardrobe for storage. the bathroom had all basic amenities, including clean towels. the room included a heating system and the system was functional.

central location efficient heating strong water pressure

The location is central!!! It made exploring so easy. The heating system in my room worked really well. I was always comfortable. The private shower had great water pressure!!!

The stairs were a bit narrow. Carrying luggage up was slightly challenging.

friendly staff excellent location

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They always greeted me with a smile. The location was excellent. It was easy to walk to many attractions.

The building showed its age with some wear and tear, though this did not ruin my visit.

The staff was helpful. the beds were comfortable. the bathroom and toilets were always clean. the location is central. It made getting around easier! i did not need public transport.
